About Charlotte
I’m Charlotte Twells, an EREPS certified personal trainer with more than 20 years of experience. My focus is helping kids and teens discover what their bodies can do — building strength, balance, agility, and mobility in a safe, supportive environment. Through structured training, stretching, and recovery work, I give young people the tools to move better, feel stronger, and grow in confidence both in and out of sport.

Foundations First
A strong base to build on
Not just for sports, but for life. When kids develop strength, balance, and coordination early, they move with more ease and confidence. A solid foundation means fewer injuries, more enjoyment, and the freedom to take on new challenges.
We focus on the essentials
Agility, speed, mobility, and strength are taught in a safe, age-appropriate way. Through fun drills, guided exercises, and simple progressions, kids learn how to move well — skills that carry into school sports, play with friends, or just everyday activities.
Stronger every session
Every session is about more than exercise. Kids become quicker, stronger, and more coordinated, while also learning how good it feels to train with purpose. That confidence sticks — helping them feel capable not just in sport, but in everything they do.
FAQs
Is this safe for kids?
Absolutely. Training is tailored for kids and teens, with a focus on technique, proper progressions, and bodyweight or light resistance work. Safety always comes first
What ages do you work with?
Most of my athletes are between 10 and 16 years old. That’s the sweet spot for learning movement, strength, and coordination.
Does this replace their sport practice?
No — it complements it. Training builds the speed, agility, and strength that transfer directly into sports, PE, and everyday activities.
How often should my child train?
Most kids start with 1–2 sessions per week. It depends on their goals, age, and sports schedule — we’ll build a plan that fits your family.
What if my child isn’t in a sport?
No problem. Many kids train simply to feel fitter, stronger, and more confident. The sessions are fun, active, and designed for all ability levels.
Where do sessions take place?
I train in Copenhagen — at private facilities, outdoors (tracks, courts, fields), or at your club for team sessions.
How long are the sessions?
Each session is around 60 minutes. Enough to get a full workout while keeping kids engaged and focused.
Do you offer nutrition plans?
I provide simple, age-appropriate nutrition guidance to help with energy, recovery, and healthy habits. For medical or specialized nutrition, I’ll recommend trusted professionals.
